Return/Exchange Policy

We hope you are always thrilled with your Dear Emmaline purchase. 

 

Should you need to return or exchange your item(s), please read our Return Policy below:

 

Unwashed, unworn, unaltered retail items may be exchanged or returned for store credit within 14 days of purchase.

 

All custom items are Final Sale.

 

Bows, tights, and socks are Final Sale. Sale Items are Final Sale.

 

A $4 return fee will be deducted from refunds for items which originally qualified for free shipping. Customer will be responsible for return shipping charges.

 

Store Credit is valid for 1 year from date of issuance. 

 

We recommend that returns are shipped with a valid tracking number. Dear Emmaline is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. Please be sure to email us at shopdearemmaline@gmail.com, so we can be on the look out for your return. Please do not send return inquiries or information through Instagram or Facebook. 

 

Should you receive incorrect merchandise or merchandise which you believe to be defective or damaged, please reach out to us immediately at shopdearemmaline@gmail.com. All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt.
