Return/Exchange Policy

We hope you are always thrilled with your Dear Emmaline purchase.  

Should you need to return or exchange your item(s), please read our Return Policy below:

Unworn, non-embroidered items in their original condition may be exchanged or returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt of item(s). All original tags must be attached. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 14 days.
All embroidered & Sale items are Final Sale.

A $4 return fee will be deducted from refunds for items which originally qualified for free shipping. Customer will be responsible for return shipping charges. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of item(s).

We recommend that returns are shipped with a valid tracking number. Dear Emmaline is not responsible for lost or stolen return packages. Please be sure to email us at customersupport@shopdearemmaline.com, so we can be on the look out for your return. Please do not send return inquiries or information through Instagram or Facebook. 

Should you receive incorrect merchandise or merchandise which you believe to be defective or damaged, please reach out to us immediately at customersupport@shopdearemmaline.com. All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt.
