Should you need to return or exchange your item(s), please read our Return Policy below:
Unworn, non-embroidered items in their original condition may be exchanged or returned for a refund within 14 days of receipt of item(s). All original tags must be attached. No returns or exchanges will be accepted after 14 days.
All embroidered & Sale items are Final Sale.
Customer will be responsible for return shipping charges of $4.95. Returns must be postmarked within 14 days of receipt of item(s).
Loyalty points used toward a purchase cannot be refunded.

Should you receive incorrect merchandise or merchandise which you believe to be defective or damaged, please reach out to us immediately at customersupport@shopdearemmaline.com. All claims must be made within 10 days of receipt.
