Shipping


When will my items ship?


Our current turnaround time is approximately 4 weeks + shipping from the order date. 


For in-stock retail & ready to ship items, they will ship within 2-3 business days. If your order is placed with a custom order, the items will ship together. If you would like to receive your items earlier, please place two separate orders.  


For pre-orders, please allow 6 weeks + shipping from the order date. These items will be listed as pre-order items and your confirmation email will include details on shipping. 


Because all items are handmade, keep in mind that ship dates are approximate. Should there be a significant delay in your order, you will receive an email from Dear Emmaline. 

 

Dear Emmaline is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. Please double check all address information when placing your order. Should you need to change your shipping address, please contact us at customersupport@shopdearemmaline.com.

 

Birmingham area customers, if you would like to utilize our Vestavia Hills porch pickup option, please select the Local Pick Up option at check out. You will receive an email with pick up address and instructions when your order is ready.


How will I know when my items ship?

 

You will receive an email with tracking when your items ship. If you have not received a confirmation email when your items are scheduled to ship, please contact us at customersupport@shopdearemmaline.com
