Cancellation policy

Order cancellation requests must be received within 12 hours of the order being placed. If your order has been shipped, cancellations cannot be accepted. You will have to initiate a return once you receive your package. 

Dear Emmaline reserves the right to deny cancellations when an individual customer exceeds 3 requests.
